Wellness Starts With a Checklist

If you’re anything like me, your brain has all the tabs open…. laundry, work, workouts, meal prep, play dates… and that nagging thought of “Did I drink enough water today?” 😅

That’s where a simple wellness checklist can change the game.

Because wellness isn’t just about hitting the gym or eating your greens. It’s the small, daily habits that keep us feeling our best, mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Why I Swear by My Wellness Checklist

When life gets chaotic (and let’s be real, when isn’t it?), a checklist gives you clarity. It’s not about perfection. It’s about progress.

Did I move my body today? Check.

Did I take 5 minutes to breathe? Check.

Did I fuel myself with real food? Check.

These little wins stack up. And they add up to big shifts in your energy, mood, and mindset.

Here’s What’s on My Daily Wellness Checklist:

✔️ 10+ mins of movement (walk, stretch, dance party — it counts)

✔️ Water before coffee (trust me)

✔️ One nourishing meal

✔️ Mindful moment (deep breaths, journaling, prayer — whatever grounds you)

✔️ Tech-free time

✔️ 7+ hours of sleep (or at least aiming for it!)

✔️ Something just for you

Want the full daily checklist with monthly too? I’ve got you covered 👇

Whether you’re just starting your wellness journey or looking for a reset, this checklist will help you stay grounded, feel empowered, and celebrate your small (but mighty) wins.

Remember: it’s not about doing everything, it’s about doing what you can, with what you have, where you are.

You’ve got this.
